Yes, I am also with Vodafone and when I threatened to leave they gave me a
better deal than that which I quoted from somewhere else. It seems they have a
special section for this purpose.
Basically you have to ask for what you want, it is madness.

well after my change over to plusnet at £9 per month for all minnutes and
texts and 5 g of data yesterday i had a call from the vodafone loyalty team.
they stated that i could have a deal which was originally quoted to me at
£27 per month giving you free everything 9 gig of data spotify and sky
sports on now tv for £17 per month. so, is this the way to go if someone
wants a cheaper contract. all of this is a joke these cheap deals. at least
after thirty days with plusnet i can move on or change things. so there we
go.
