Are the emails in question sent as html or plain text? I'm sure others
will correct me if I'm wrong but links only work when an email has been
sent / viewed in html format. Have you tried cutting and pasting the
link into your web browser?

certain link in an email, it just doesn't do anything. Jaws repeats the
link URL, but does not go to the link.=20
