also derek, your original queery was whether we thought it was *discrimination*, not what we *prefered* they are two completely different things. as for your wheelchair analogy i fail to see the relevance to the lakeland ltd catalogue! whether a blind person prefers to walk or use a wheelchair in an airport has nothing to do with whether lakeland's catalogue is available in braille or not. again i emphasise discrimination and preference are not related! so long as the catalogue is available in an accessible format, it doesn't matter whether it's a prefered format or not.
