Andrew,

It sounds like you have the attachment option turned off and it says something like don't allow attachments that could be potentially a risk. In outlook express this was in the advanced settings in options, but i have just looked in mine and its not their anymore. So hopefully someone on this list can point you to where it's now located within wlm.

As for your second question, you have to label the graphic on the header line where it says attachment for jaws to recognise the label, and this is the same for unread read etc. If your not sure how to label graphics with jaws, email me off list and i'll explain how to label the graphic.
