Hi Steve.

No, no settings changed here at all, the first couple of emails in the list are read as normal before jaws stops speaking when navigating using the arrow keys, it’s a strange one.

All the best, Ibrahim.

My first question is have you changed anything in JAWS settings? You say you haven’t in Outlook.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] jaws no longer speaking when navigating outlook emails

Hi everyone.

Latest version of Outlook and JAWS 2023, when navigating messages in any folder, JAWS no longer reads anything after the first message in the list.  Have tried checking quick settings but with no joy, but something has changed and it isn’t in Outlook as I have not changed any view settings.  Any thoughts?

Thanks.
