Orhan,

        Unfortunately, the Jaws help doesn't even begin to cover it. It
lists a small set of commands, but doesn't really provide a useful guide to
using Jaws with Project.

simple, in the jaws help system there is a jaws topic.

beware that jaws only has support for project 2000, so some of the tasks you
may want to accomplish may be extremely difficult and/impossible.
