The details will be correct on fsactivate.com but to ensure that the
details are correct on your machine, you need to go to the JAWS Help
Menu and select Update Authorisation. Once done, the SMA count should
reflect the correct status.

I rang S&S about the same issue a couple of weeks ago.  They said that
although my upgrades remaining shows 0 in the hlp menu the number of
upgrades shows up correctly if you visit fsactivate.com.  Their
explanation for the info given in the help menu was that this function
doesn't work any more.

Hi all. 

 

I updated my SMA for JAWS a couple of months ago and had expected my SMA
status to rise from 0 to 2 in in the  help / about file. The status
still remains at 0 software maintenance agreement. 

 

I'm assured that I am definitely entitled to the next 2 upgrades but I'm
interested to know when and how this 0 will be updated.

 

Anyone know?
