You may not know about a project RNIB is involved with. It's in partnership
with British Gas and it can give you a whole lot of stuff - totally free.
There are some conditions attached - you need to own your property, or be a
private landlord. You also need to be in receipt of certain benefits, DLA for
example. You also need to be in need of loft insulation, not have had it done
recently!
If you qualify, you can get both loft and cavity wall insulation completely
free - or just loft if you preferred. You also get £70 worth of RNIB products
for nothing. This could also be £70 off a higher priced item, such as the
vibrating watch.
You also get some other stuff such as talking book membership, talk and support
membership and some other things I don't remember.
If anyone thinks they will qualify and is interested in getting a whole load of
stuff for nothing, call my colleague Michael on 0151 298 3244 and he can
process your application.
