Hi,

If you use Eset, uninstall then reinstall it.  This may be stopping you
accessing the net.  I have seen it before where if you upgrade rather than
reinstall Windows from scratch, Eset will stop you.  Just reinstall or
repair it.

i have just re cominstalled windows 7 on my laptop
but now what ever i do it will not connect to the net via my wireless router
is there a way to repair internet explorer. i did install windows 7 with a
proper windows 7 cd but kept all my settings so i could do it with speech
