[access-uk] increasing partitions size on hard drive?

Hi all -

My Asus netbook has a 12GB hard drive; the c:drive is 4GB, and the d:drive 8GB; 
my XP OS is on the c:drive, and I keep getting a message telling me that 
capacity on that drive is very low, and to create more space. There's not much 
I can move from the C to the D drive, so wondered instead about increasing the 
capacity of the C drive, and reducing that of the D drive. I don't know how to 
do this, so can anybody get me started?
