[access-uk] ie and oe

Hello List,
I have downloaded all the latest ms updates including sp3, but when I launch
ie and oe it still shouts out that they have been provided by orange. This
isn't true, my provider is pipex and, as I hate Orange, I would like to
remove this constant reminder. How can I do this.
