Hi Chris

My first recommendation would be to get your broadband working with the iPod
Touch so you can access the App Store etc. You need to go into the settings
menu. Perhaps a sighted person could help you if you are not confident in
typing in the security key yourself. But once you have WiFi enabled, you
really will benefit from its features.

Kind Regards,

Subject: [access-uk] iPod Touch

Hello all.
Please welcome me to the world of the iPod community. I shall be receiving
an iPod Touch 32 GB 4th generation within the next few days to a week. How
it started is thanks to a few demonstrations over Skype through a friend, I
appear to fully understand how the touch screen works, as well as the basic
gestures. I am also impressed by what VoiceOver can offer.
So yes, very much looking forward to it despite the learning curve.
So all tips and tricks are very welcome indeed!
Take care.
