I have tried it on mains and without, more the latter I have to say. What
difference would that make?
Kind regards,

Subject: [access-uk] iCloud backup
Apologies for cross-posting, but could someone please tell me if it is
normal for the iCloud backup icon to remain sitting on the locked screen
more than 24 hours after I had to perform one? In short, I had to get a new
iPhone yesterday after mine became accidentally water damaged.
I have all my apps, contacts and books etc over to the new phone, but it
still shows an iCloud backup is going on, and I honestly didn't think it
would take this length of time to do one. I can't update my handset to iOS
8.3 until the backup is complete, though this is not vital at the moment.
Any suggestions please?
Kind Regards,
Jackie Brown
