Hi May

It used to happen to me too, but I find that keeping the handset clamped to my
ear and not moving my head or the hand holding the phone stops this from
occurring now. When I had an iPhone 4, it was much worse, but the iPhone 5 is
far better. Indeed, it was one of the aspects of the iPhone 4 that I detested,
along with not being able to end the call properly, (smile). Either the iPhone
5 is better, or I have just got to grips with it.

Kind Regards,

Jackie Cairns

This might sound a stupid question but what is the best way to hold the phone
as even when I have it against my ear, it goes on to speaker phone every so
often and annoys the person I am speaking to as they can't hear me propperly. I
actually hold it right to my ear and I think I must be touching something
unknowingly.
