[access-uk] help with skype

Hi
I have a skype account, at present I pay about 80 euros a
month for my telephone and internet, I have to pay for my
internet which is 3g, and my french telephone separately. I
have been trying over the last few months to find a way of
cutting down my costs, I have put a small credit on my skype
account, only 10 euros for now but I was wondering if there
was a way I could use skype, reduce my costs a bit,
obviously, can't use the 3g for making calls, what would be
the best way around this. I have looked at skype options but
don't really understand them, the different packages. Is
there anyway to phone skype and talk to them? 80 euros a
month for telephone and internet plus my mobile is a lot.
