thanks richard. I tried searching for the number of the article putting it in quotes. You mentioned searching for number sign, is there actually a number sign key? ----- Original Message ----- From: Richard Godfrey-McKay To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Tuesday, July 12, 2011 9:13 AM Subject: [access-uk] Re: help with reading t n a u k Fran, I'm assuming you're reading them in Word. Note that each article is preceded by a # sign followed by the number of the article which starts at one for each publication. A search for the # sign will therefore take you through the various articles; alternatively, as each article starts on a new page, control page up or page down will take you quickly to the start of the next or previous article. Note that if an article extends to more than one page then you may have to move more than one page to hit the beginning of the next article.
