Hi Alexander when you go into my account, you should see a link saying personal information. Now once you have activated the link, you are presented with various edit boxes for your first name, , last name, nickname etc. You next come to the zip code, and then after that you should see a combo box with the list of countries. Now I don't know what you do to get into edit fields or combos in supernova, but you have to open that box and select United Kingdom. Once you have done that, there is another combo box where you can set your time, London GMT for example. If you don't see your time, check the check box that says display all times. If you are finished here, go to the save button and that's it. hth Alex skype name: grytpype2006 windows live messenger name: alex.thynne@xxxxxxxxxxxxx -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Alexander Shannon Sent: 01 February 2008 21:28 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] help needed changing country in a google groups account Hi all, I've sent the following to the BCAB list already, and not had any advice so far, so I apologise to anyone who has seen this before for that reason, and to the moderators of access-uk if this is a little off topic for the list, although I don't think it is, as the problem is really access to a setting in google groups accounts. I've been asked to assist in moderating a group on google groups, and for that reason have gone into my account. I see that under the personal information section my country shows up as United States, not United Kingdom as it should. My question is, considering that the country name is text rather than a link, does anyone know how I can change it without changing any other personal information please. Please could those who think they can help with the answer to this question take into consideration when answering it, that I am using Dolphin Supernova as my access software. Thank you in advance for any advice you can give.
