#Thanks Denis it is not for myself but for a friend, so I will pass that info on.

Cheers

Fran,

The up and down buttons(navigation) buttons control the locking and
unlocking of my model.

The navigation buttons need to be pressed as follows:

1. First press the down (South) button.

2. Keeping the south button pressed the top (north) button should be
pressed.

3. This operation will cause the machine to say either "Keyboard Unlocked"
or "Keyboard Active".

Good luck!

Denis

Hi
I am writing on behalf of a friend who at present is travelling. SeShe
attempted to lock the milestone. When it did not happen, she pressed some
buttons randomly. Does any of you guys know of a reset button? or how she
can get the speech to work again.
Thanks in advance.
Fran.
