Hi Billy.

Freesat is a free to air satellite service, it's based on the same technologies that Sky use but without the premium channels and subscription model. You can get Freesat from most good retailers, or you can call them directly or visit their website, www.freesat.co.uk. It is also possible to get HD channels through Freesat as well as program recording capability for a small fee, the website has all the details.

All the best, ibrahim.

hi Ibrahim, can you please explain alittle more about freesat.
I have a contract with BT at the moment, but the contract ends next
month, and I'm not sure if i want another with BT or not,

Hi Adrian.

On your connection board in your flat, you will find two connections for the Sky/Freesat coaxial cables. These cables connect your box to the communal dish. When you purchase Freesat services, you can have an engineer visit your home to install it and they will provide you with the appropriate cabling.

All the best, Ibrahim.

Hi

Just a quick question regarding sky free sat. Ok I live in
supported accommodation. there is a problem receiving free
to view tv, we hardly get any tv channels. I would like to
get freesat as I know you get more channels. On the wall is
a multiple box with tv, phone etc. what kind of cables would
I need to connect a freesat box to the communal satellite
dish? all the flats are wired up for sky tv.

Regards

Adrien
