[access-uk] for Alistair webbie Iplayer 11 not working

Hi Alistair, re the error message I and some others are getting regarding 
inability to create secure channel why if the live radio working but the 
Iplayer not? They both connect to the bbc, so I would have thought have the 
same requirements for connection to the BBC.
