[access-uk] flash drive problems.

Hi list:

I wonder if anyone can help me with this.

I have got a disco flash drive, and when I plug it into the computer it 
first locks up my keyboard, then the keyboard comes back, then I get an 
error saying something has failed to initialise, and it closes.  I have 
tried adding new hardware etc.  any ideas as to why this isn't working?  I 
have win xp with all the latest updates.
