Hi Sam,
It's not possible to do it directly, but you can save it as a text file, then
paste that into Excel.
Open the distribution list, then Alt + F, A to get the save as dialogue. Tab
once to Save as type combo, Alt + DownArrow to open it, then UpArrow or press T
to choose Text Only. Save the file.
Open the text file and delete the first four lines. That will leave a list of
names at the left, each followed by a Tab character and the respective email
address. Copy and paste that into Excel and you'll have one column of names and
a second of email addresses. Job done.
