Do you have Goldwave? It's quite easy to do these kinds of edits with
that programme, and we have a specially-written manual on Goldwave on
the BCAB website.

I have downloaded a BBC program via Radio Downloader. The program is
two hours in length but I only need to access and save a 7 to ten minute
slot.
Please could someone suggest an easy way of how I can edit the
downloaded file?
