what i did with tesco was use natwest secure i will have to think
how it set it up. when using tescoe and after going to the check
out it then takes you to the secure banking site where i have a
username and password.
a similar thing has happened with ingdirect which i cannot
manage. so frank not sure which is your bank but if it is
natwest use natwest secure if you can.
