[access-uk] drive query.

hi guys, I have a very mysterious dvd drive issue.
The other day i run ultra iso and mounted an ISO file to read, and that was
just fine, but now when i try to use my dvd drive to burn files using my
burn software. The burn software cannot find the dvd drive. It just keeps
tellling me to insert a disk into drive f, but my dvd drive is drive e.
I'm really puzzled with this, can anyone advise?,
