Hi Henry,

I'm not sure what this would achieve apart from saving your iPhone's battery, but that's up to you of course. All I can tell you is that there is a "share" option for each book, but I don't know how that would work in getting a book onto a memory card as I've never done it. On the other hand, if another device had bluetooth for example you may be able to share the book that way.

I don't know whether the Audible App would allow this because Audible would not be able to know where your content was, although that may not matter as it's material you've purchased and not borrowed.

This probably wasn't helpful, but I hope you find a solution.

Talk soon, John

Hi John
Thank you for your below reply.  Sometimes I download books to my Iphone,
but wonder if I could then transfer them to an sd card to be played on a
PTN2 player.  Browsing the internet there appears to be ways of copying data
fromt the IPhone to an SD card.
 Best wishes
Henry

or Android?

Hi Henry

I use the Audible app on an iPhone SE. I use the phone's memory not an SD
card as I have plenty of memory. It's good to remember to delete books when
you've read them to save memory, you can always download them at a later
date if you want them again.

One important note: You can not purchase books through the iPhone app! You
have to log into Audible using safari , buy your bookand then add the book
to the app via your library still on Safari. After that all is fine. I
imagine that this process would be the same on newer iPhones.

Hope this is useful, John
