[access-uk] converting duxbbrey braille files in to word

Hello everyone,
i wonder if anyone knows how to comvert dbt files into word 20003 as
when i open file it comes up in dbt as a document ready to be
embossed as a french braille file as this was template that was used
to create the file originally.
I've tried copy and paste but to no avail.
any suggestions would be much appreciated

ps i'm running dbt 10.6 on an xp laptop. i've no idea what version of
dbt was used on the pc that created the braille file in the first
place
