hmmm, sorry, seen this kind of reaction from this contributor elsewhere. As 
you've already said, there are lists for having a laugh. Some people actually 
have enough in their lives that they just want the info they need and not to 
plough through loads of irrelevant rubbish! Frankly I think there should be 
another rule on here as well! People should make some effort to solve their 
problems before they ask! It's not difficult to explore a menu system or dialog 
box is it, but some people seem to expect to be told everything rather than 
try! If we did that, this list would be brilliant and real issues would get 
solved because the people who've left due to the trafic being too high might 
come back!George and Steve, I really don't think you're being draconian enough!
