Hi Billy,
It all depends on you. I have done it. You need to be confident to remove the side panel, locate the drive, remove 4 small screws holding the drive into the bay, and removing the IDE ribbon cable and the power cable from the rear of the drive. Refitting is a reversal of the above. The most fiddly part is replacing the 4 small screws.
