It's rather like having a pin number to approve people you wish to use your bank's electronic to pay for a bill, such as electric, gas.You go through the process of making the payment, and finally you are asked to use your card reader to generate a number which must be entered to complete the transaction. Sometimes you need to insert your card into these machines.That's where you can get stuck if you can't see the reader.
