I am sure I have done it before. I believe you go to your account, then to your orders, and find the order you wish to cancel. If you look down all the information about the order, I am sure one of the options is cancel this order, as long of course as it has not already been sent out. We ended up phoning them . Has anyone else found this problem? and they did the job for us but as we all know things are easy when using a mouse, oh to be a sightling. Hazel & Kim yes we told them of the problem.
