I am sure I have done it before. I believe you go to your account, then to
your orders, and find the order you wish to cancel. If you look down all the
information about the order, I am sure one of the options is cancel this order,
as long of course as it has not already been sent out.

It’s a long time since I’ve had to do this, but I was able to do it myself.

Subject: [access-uk] cancelling orders on amazon

Hello to all shoppers

We shop on Amazon and recently went on there to cancel an order which we placed
back in March, this is where we had problems as there is no box which we can
identify to tick to cancel the order.

We ended up phoning them .

Has anyone else found this problem?

and they did the job for us but as we all know things are easy when using a
mouse, oh to be a sightling.

Hazel & Kim yes we told them of the problem.
