Hi Justin
When you cancel with them, make sure you cancel your direct debit. They
carried on taking the money out of an account of a friend of mine after she
cancelled. It might also be a good idea to get conformation of your
cancelation. They reckoned that they did not recieve the two letters and the
telephone call cancelling the subscription of another friend.

thanks Sandra, that's put my mind at rest a bit. My broadband experience
basically started with NTL, as is my broadband provider now. However, I may
have to change providers in the not too distant future. So, filters was
something we've never had to deal with before at all.
