[access-uk] brittish gas

Hi all
a long storrey hear
but we cannot seem to get our metre read it has not been done for the last two and a half years. what ever we do ringing brittish gas emailling or what ever no body comes to read our metre. we cannot have a smart metre as the company egt who trandsponds the gas to us cannot supply us with one.

wonder if anyone knows who we should complain to
ofgem maybe or who ever
