[access-uk] blue screen

hi all.
every time i go to alter the sound on my computer under the audio options
there's a click a blue screen comes up for about 20 seconds then windows re
boots and switches back to the desktop where i started.
has anyone experienced this problem before and can it be resolved or am i
looking at someone from evesham technology coming to look at my system.
