[access-uk] blue frame in yahoo

Hi i have already posted this question before but had no replys and so i am
asking again just in case there is some one that has the answer for me.
When compossing a new message in yahoo i tab down to the message box and the
whole screen has a blue frame on it and i can not find the send button as it is
hiden and so have to get a sighted person to click on it as jaws does not seem
to be able to read it. Is this normal and if so how do i get rid of the blue
frame so i can find the send button.
This happens on the computers at college and also at home when using web mail.
Any help would be welcome.
