Have you looked at Powerline adaptors? They link through the house mains
system.

Cheers

Subject: [access-uk] best wireless USB internet dongle

hi,

there is a problem with my internet download speed, it is incredibly slow, it
increased a little after i removed all the splitters etc and replaced them
again but now it’s back to being as slow as before. according to BT it is a
problem within the property, i think it may be the ethanet cable which is more
than 10 years old but as the hub is upstairs and my computer is downstairs, the
cable is quite difficult to change since it goes under the carpet in some
places. so i was thinking of bypassing the whole issue and buying a wireless
USB internet dongle for my desk top. the one i was thinking of getting is the
NETGEAR WNA3100M-100PES N300 Wi-Fi USB Mini Adapter

 &psc=1&smid=A1H26QOO2TDCLA

will this do or is there a better one? i want one which works seamlessly and
without any problems and connects my downstairs computer to the hub upstairs.
please let me know.

Thanks, Husna
