hi mo got it i did manage it and also re installed windows 10 but as soon as i
try window eyes the same damn thing happens now i should listen to what you say
take off window eyes which is a pain and also jaws then re install them both
what an abserlute blody pain all this is nvda which costs nothing will work i
cannot make a comment about the newest jaws but i will have a think to whether
to carry on or just go back to windows 7. surley it must be a driver problem
and though as good as our screen readers are isant it amazing that the free one
does work though

always recommend people uninstall all screen readers apart from NVDA at least
for the upgrade. Then, reinstall windows10 with NVDA set as your primary
screen reader and set to run on startup. After setup via narrator, you should
be good to go with speech again. At that point you can reinstall jaws, window
