Hi Alison,
Just download the Audible book, find the file and copy it to the Audible
folder of your Milestone.
Or you could use the AudibleSync program, though I haven't tried that.

Subject: [access-uk] audible books using the Milestone
A few months ago I started subscribing to Audible and have used my iPhone to
play the books I've purchased. However, my preferred way of reading talking
books is to use my Milestone, which has a default Audible setting. Can
anyone tell me how to get an Audible book onto my Milestone though?
