[access-uk] annoying problem.

Hi guys,Recently I have noticed when using IE9 the following Issue.
I click on a link in outlook2007 and this appears; Visitors' Survey:
It's really very annoying indeed, and its getting more and more frequent.
I'm not Interested in filling in such Surveys:
Can I stop these things from appearing on my system?,
