Hi Joe,
Yeah, she didn’t know she had to double tap instead of just touching, I bet.
All the best

Subject: [access-uk] android phone question
thanks steve, it worked, now for a little anecdote, as mentioned in my original
post i was having difficulty finding my number pad when i went in to Phone” on
my android, so i brought it to my local friendly phone store to get them to
look at it for me, the assistant took the phone from me and disappeared in to
a back room, ten minutes later she returned, “i’m sorry” she said “your phone
has a problem and we’ll need to send it away to be repaired i told her i would
bring it home and back up my data before sending it away, on arriving home i
sent a message to this group and steve advised me on the procedure to follow,
and having done that, eureka, it worked, and now my android is working
perfectly, poor girl hadn’t a clue what to do, not to worry, all’s well that
ends well, apologies for the short novel, thanks again steve, god bless, travel
safely, joe bollard.
