I've never needed to phone them. As I say, it's perfectly accessible here.
All the best

Hi all,
I've found it's pot luck. Sometimes you get one who's not on the ball, and you
give up. You try again and the next one is brilliant.
Best,
Clive

Actually I have found the opposite and all the staff have been more than clued
up on speech technology.
As for not doing certain tasks on Amazon, this is purely security factors.
I think you may have run into the ones not on the ball.

accessibility! There are also things they will not help you do! Basically I
found it a waste of time! I hope others have had better luck with it!

Hey From Texas Bobby!
Man I totally HATE those things! They are not even necessary just sloppy LAZY
web design! They can be a total Show stopper! I don't know I have had to stop
using amazon because of this very problem my inability to sign in, and
google is becoming that way also. They Bark about accessibility but they
still leave us to deal with this crap which we have been doing since day
Freaking ONE! I remember some folks actually launched a campaign to try and
get rid of the things CAPTCHAS to no avail!
Sorry dude! Wish I knew what to tell ya try and find it on ebay least
they'll let you in there!

Hi there,
Can't seem to log onto Amazon.
Typical thing where it's asking if your not a robot and type in the
characters, but there is no audio option.
Any ideas?
