Make sure the file actually works in Media Player. What file were you
trying to convert? What type I mean?

Hi Steve -
Just trying the demo of Sound Taxi, and have not got it working yet!
I hit the open button on a selected file, and Sound Taxi says "launching
conversion" and then after a short while, says "error, conversion wasn't
started within 60 seconds."
What do I need to do to make sure the conversion begins?
