be careful if you go to buy a pair of the bose frames online, as they make 2
versions.
the ALTO, which is described as for men or large people, and the RONDO
described as for small people or women.
i almost purchased a pair of the ALTO from America but luckily i read a lot of
reviews first and found the ALTO are very wide.
i then spoke to Bose help line and they confirmed this with the measurements
between the arms of both versions.
i'm 6ft and 14 stone yet even the RONDO which are described as for small people
are slightly wider than the ones i wear regularly.
the reviewers that criticised the ALTO model said they were so wide that they
did not fit properly and because the arms were to far away from the sides of
their head it prevented the sound being aimed correctly to their ears.
this is why i didn't purchase them and decided to wait until they came out in
the UK so i could compare the 2 styles for how they fit.
