In the end I didn’t need to change my password. It did initially decline it but
then eventually accepted it.

Hi Alison,
Not entirely to do with this message, but how do you change your password on
the new Reading Services web site? I expanded the Account menu and expected to
see it there, but it isn’t. It has your personal home page and all that stuff,
but nowhere to change your password.
Thanks.
All the best
Steve

No, if she just wants to use the download service she can register online and
download Dolphin EasyReader.

I met a lady today who knew nothing about the RNIB Talking Book Service but
would very much like to join.
Does she need to join the RNIB Talking Book Service before she can download
Easy Reader and then access the RNIB Reading Service?
