I may be wrong but I seem to remember the Sensa Clip only takes a maximum of
32 gb. The Sensa Clip + is the one that takes the 64 gb card.

Hi Steve,
I bought a 64g microSD card and my Sansa clip zip won't recognise it. My pc
sees it as another drive while it is in the Sansa. The format is xfat but
when I tried to re-format it to fat32 the format in win8.1 would not do it
and only offered me ntfs or xfat.
Any thoughts?

No you wouldn't invalidate your warranty by doing that. It is only a
software action and doesn't affect the hardware at all.

I purchased a 64 gb sandisk blade usb thumb drive, it has come as the new
sandisk local drive and in ntfs, I need to format it to fat32 to work with
my old stream, would I invalidate my guarantee by doing this? It works ok on
my new stream but not my old vr stream.
