We do (details below) and have done for over 20 years. Since we also author
the Help files, we have to know it rather well. Naturally we also provide
product support.
Installation is quite straight forward.
I will however give you a warning about working with Word files. Ideally
one should apply Styles such as Headings for example. These confirm that
they are to become braille Headings, and at what level. Also, because they
are Headings, you will not see any other attributes such as bold, italics of
underline as per the UK's formatting guidelines, and they will be formatted
on the page per UKAAF recommendations.
