I agree with someone earlier about the poor customer service. I bought a PC from Currys which is part of the same company that owns PC World. I didn't find them very helpful at all especially when you ring them up. I sent them my PC a few times with the same problem but they never did anything to fix it and just sent it back. I was having problems with the PC randomly restarting. The motherboard had died a month earlier or so which they replaced and then I had the problem with it restarting. I was told they just turn the PC on for two hours and if it doesn't restart in that time they just send it back again.
