Hi all,
I was using a friend's laptop the other day and attempted to extract a
zip file. However, when I pressed shift+f10 I discovered that there was
no extract option. Like me she's using Windows XP Home SP2 and JAWS
8.0.423 demo. On my laptop however I can find the extract option. So, to
resolve this, I had to download and install WinZip to her laptop,
however can anyone tell me why the zip utility could be missing? Thanks.
