Ali,

It's the full width of the keyboard and about 2.5 inches wide. I have it the wrong way round because nearer the keyboard it is slightly taller, so the wrong way round it provides slightly more support.

Ali,

I have used a soft gel wrist rest now for about 5 years and I wouldn't be
without it. It make a massive amount of difference.

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could recommend me a single wrist rest that
I can use when working with keyboard? Lately, after working on the
computer for a while, my right wrist gets quite painful. I was told
that I need to keep my wrist straight, rather than bent.
