[access-uk] Work from home call centre companies and accessibility

Hi all,
A bit of a long shot asking but have any of you tried any of the work from home 
companies, particularly the ones that offer call centre solutions to 
businesses, such as www.arise.co.uk.

Comments on others are welcome.  Each company seems to have a number of 
opportunities, these could use slightly different software for each so could be 
tricky.  I could, and maybe will ask in the future but feedback from people who 
have looked into such a thing in the past seems best to start with.
